Return & Refund Policy
Fiora Finch Return and Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through the Fiora Finch online store operating within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. General Policy (No Return/No Refund)
At Fiora Finch, we maintain stringent quality control measures and carefully inspect all items before shipment. Due to the nature of our products and the logistics involved, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer general returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased unless the item is proven to be damaged upon arrival, as detailed in Section 2. We kindly ask our customers to review their order details and product specifications carefully before completing a purchase.
2. Exception: Damaged Product Policy (2-Day Window)
We understand that transit damage can occasionally occur. We will offer a return or exchange for an item only under the following strict conditions:
A. Required Video Proof (Mandatory)
The customer must provide uninterrupted video evidence demonstrating that the product was damaged during the unboxing process (also known as a parcel-opening video).

The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the sealed delivery box or package is first opened.

The video must clearly show the shipping label, the original, sealed packaging, and the damaged item as it is removed from the package.

Damage reported without this complete, continuous video proof will not be accepted for return or exchange.
B. Reporting Deadline
If the damage is clearly documented via the mandatory video proof, the customer must contact the Fiora Finch customer service team within two (2) calendar days of receiving the delivery.
3. Approved Returns/Exchanges Process
If the product damage claim is successfully verified using the required video proof:

Option for the Customer: Fiora Finch will offer the customer the choice of either a full refund for the damaged item or an exchange for the exact same product (subject to availability).

Shipping Costs: Fiora Finch will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the damaged item and dispatching the replacement product.

Condition of Item: The damaged item must be returned in its original packaging along with all accompanying accessories and documentation.
