This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Fiora Finch online store. We are committed to processing your orders quickly and delivering your purchases efficiently across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

 

2. Processing and Delivery Time

 

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it is typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 business day.

  • Delivery Time Frame: Our standard delivery time frame within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is 2 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may be longer during sale periods, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.

  • Working Days: Working days are defined as Saturday through Thursday, excluding official public holidays in Saudi Arabia.

 

3. Shipping Charges

 

Shipping charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout page based on your delivery location and order total. We strive to maintain transparent and reasonable shipping rates.

 

4. Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

We offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD) as a primary payment method for our customers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Payment Requirement: You will be required to pay the full order amount, including shipping fees, in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order.

  • Preparation: Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery to facilitate a quick and smooth transaction with our courier partner.

 

5. Delivery Process and Tracking

 

  • Shipment Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking: You can use the provided tracking number on our courier partner's website to check the live status and expected delivery date of your package.

  • Contact by Courier: Our courier partner may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the delivery time and location prior to their arrival. Please ensure your contact details provided at checkout are accurate.

 

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

 

  • If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the customer, or failure to collect payment for COD orders, the courier may attempt delivery one or two more times.

  • If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to Fiora Finch. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges for a new delivery attempt.
